WhatsApp is our core, fully-supported channel — including your own WhatsApp Business API app (bring-your-own) or a managed number we help you provision. We also support a website live-chat widget and SMS/GSM gateway numbers for markets or use cases where WhatsApp isn't the right fit. Additional channels are on our roadmap.

No. You can either connect your own WhatsApp Business API app if you already have one, or let us provision and manage a number for you. Both paths land in the same inbox.
